Audience Response System

What you can do with the ARS

The Audience Response System can be used for many purposes. Primarily, a lecturer can simply use it to...

* take attendance
* give in class quizzes
* stimulate class discussion with subjective and objective questions using ARS's ad hoc or formal question authoring capabilities built within ARS
* Integrate the ARS questions with your lecture PowerPoint slides

What can the ARS do for you

The Audience Response System can provide you with many benefits, some of the benefits are listed below...

* stimulate in-class discussion and raise the students' interest level as well as class participation
* detailed analysis on individual questions, students, or the class or session as a whole
* reveal problem areas of the class, and provide information on what to improve on in the future.

The Audience Response System has been well received by both the faculty and the students. If you would like to receive more information or to schedule the use of the Audience Response System, please contact Brenda Seago at (804) 828 - 3914.
